Direct Deposits

All financial aid funding is disbursed and applied to any existing charges on a student's account.* Once all existing charges are paid, any remaining funds for the semester are sent to the student as a refund to cover the cost of living expenses. Financial Aid refunds are sent by direct deposit to the bank account designated by the student.  

To request a direct deposit/disbursement, please contact the Bursar, Kimberly Fromentin, to obtain/share banking information.

*Credit balances will be made available within 14 days after the disbursement to the school and not on the date the loan is disbursed to the school.
