Requesting Special Events
Student organizations or groups that would like to host an event at Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine must complete the OCOM Special Events Request form. The request must be submitted 30 (thirty) days prior to the proposed event and submitted to the Office of Student Affairs.

Special Access Requests
Individuals attending an OCOM-hosted event who are in need of special accommodations and/or assistance, please use this form to request access services for any event or activity on campus related to OCOM. OCOM will try to meet the request; however, those requests received less than one week prior to the event date may not be able to be met.
