Refund Policy

OCOM tuition and fee refunds are based on the timing of the student's official withdrawal or dismissal from the admissions process or enrollment. Students will be refunded, if applicable, within thirty (30) days after proper withdrawal. Student withdrawals must be made in person, via electronic mail, or certified mail to the Office of Admissions for pre-matriculated students or the Office of the Registrar for current students.

Students may be dismissed from the program by OCOM for just cause, as described in the Student Catalog. Refunds, in this case, will be the same as for student withdrawals.

Any textbooks, equipment, and supplies purchased by the student are the sole property of the student and are not subject to refund by OCOM.
