Len Nicosia

Len Nicosia, Director of Facilities, to the OCOM community. Len brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to supporting the success of our institution and its members.

With an impressive 31-year career spanning both Higher Education and Secondary Education, Len's expertise in various facets of campus management is vast. Throughout his career, he has effectively overseen the operations of the maintenance, custodial, landscaping, campus safety, and energy departments, ensuring the smooth functioning of educational facilities.

Before joining OCOM, Len held the role of Maintenance Manager for Multiple Amazon Facilities outside of Chicago, Illinois, where he further honed his skills in facility management and operations.

Len is a proud graduate of Judson University, where he earned his B.A. He also holds a prestigious certification as a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager and is an active member of the Association of Facilities Engineering.

One of Len's most notable attributes is his dedication to teamwork and his passion for helping the faculty, staff, and students of the OCOM campus community thrive. His commitment to creating a conducive and efficient environment for all members of our community aligns perfectly with our institution's values.
