OCOM will interview on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

No, the interviewers will have access to the applicant’s entire application.
-
Interviews are 1:1 as well as a group setting. There are no scripts for the interviewers. Candidates can expect a positive and professional experience for both the interviewee and interviewer.
-
OCOM’s interviews are mostly held in person to give applicants the best experience on campus. However, a virtual interview may be requested and will be approved based on availability.
-
The Admissions Committee reviews applicants holistically, considering academic performance, MCAT scores, medical and community experiences, and personal attributes such as empathy, integrity, and a commitment to service that align with OCOM’s mission.
-
Typically, within a few weeks however, extenuating circumstances sometimes prevent this from occurring.
-
Applicants may be offered a position on the waitlist. Being on the waitlist means that an applicant may be offered acceptance into the class at a later date in the admissions cycle.
-
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is required. If a student chooses to accept an offer of admission, they must submit the signed acceptance form prior to the designated deadline. Accepted students will be required to sign an enrollment contract and start to complete matriculating requirements.
