Dr. James Toth graduated from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Toth has been in private medical practice and The Department of Veteran Affairs practicing Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Preventive Medicine. He completed a Medical Internship at Shenango Valley Medical Center (UPMC)Pennsylvania. Dr Toth completed Internal Medicine residency at the prestigious Western Reserve Care in Ohio. He completed his BS degree in Biology and Chemistry at Youngstown State University and MT degree.

Dr. Toth served as Chief Executive of Ambulatory Care for Tennessee Healthcare System, Nashville, Tennessee. He served in The Department of Veteran Affairs for the National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (NCP). Formerly, he was involved with the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Toth has served on the clinical faculty Internal Medicine for Northeast Ohio Medical University, Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine. Dr. Toth completed an MBA in Healthcare at King University, the esteemed McGowen School of Business.
