Nate Falk, MD, MBA, FAAFP is a Regional Site Director and Professor at OCOM. In addition, he serves as the Assistant Dean for Graduate Medical Education and Founding Family Medicine Residency Program Director for FSU/BayCare in Winter Haven, FL.  Dr. Falk is board certified in Family and Sports Medicine. He graduated medical school with distinction from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, then completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at Offutt Air Force Base/UNMC Family Medicine residency. Afterwards he completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Uniformed Services University in Washington, DC.
