Stacy Ramkissoon-Udit, MHA

Stacy Ramkissoon-Udit brings nearly 20 years of combined experience in healthcare and higher education. After a decade in healthcare human resources, she transitioned into higher education administration, where she has spent the last ten years advancing medical education. Stacy is deeply passionate about medical education and brings a systems-level understanding of both clinical and academic environments, with expertise that spans the full continuum of the medical education lifecycle.
Stacy earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Health Administration from the University of Central Florida, and she is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership. Her professional journey spans admissions, student services, pre-clinical and clinical education, graduate medical education (GME), and program administration, giving her a unique and comprehensive perspective on the learner experience from recruitment to fellowship.
Stacy has led the development of mission-driven systems that promote equity, operational excellence, and student success. She has advanced holistic admissions practices, streamlined onboarding, and built cross-departmental collaborations to support learners' personal and professional growth through an inclusive, student-centered experience.
As Founding Director of Admissions at OCOM, Stacy has shaped the college’s inaugural class and strategic enrollment efforts. Known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, she builds mission-aligned pathways into the medical profession and brings a values-driven approach to all areas of her work.
