Marlin Hernandez

Marlin I. Hernandez is the Executive Assistant for the Dean/CAO at OCOM. She graduated from Florida Technical College with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding and has over ten years' experience ranging from Health Information Management and Hospital Medicine.

Hernandez has worked at Orlando Health for seven years in Health Information Management followed by tenure’s at Winter Haven Hospital, Heart of Florida Hospital and Lake Wales Hospital as a Practice coordinator/specialist.

Marlin states her goal is to assist in the quality of care for both patients and providers. Throughout her career, she has always been open to new adventures and to expand her knowledge in the medical field.

In her free time, she enjoy spending time with her family, friends and two Basset Hound pups.
