Cancellation and Refund Policy
The student is entitled to a refund of all tuition and fees paid with the exception of the non-refundable Seat Deposit if he or she cancels within seven (7) calendar days of signing the Enrollment Agreement. A student may withdraw from the program prior to taking any classes or within seven (7) days of enrollment , regardless of the number of days, and will be refunded all tuition paid within thirty (30) days after proper withdrawal. Withdrawal must be made in person or via certified mail to the registrar. The Office of the Registrar will notify the Associate Dean for Student Services.
If a student is terminated within seven (7) calendar days of signing the Enrollment Agreement, the Cancellation and Refund policy will be applied. Students may be terminated from the program by KPGU or OCOM for just cause as described in the Student Handbook. Refunds in this case will be the same as student withdrawals. Any textbooks, equipment and supplies purchased by the Student are the sole property of the Student and are not subject to refund by KPGU or OCOM.
